STUDY PATHWAY

Self Help

We highly recommend that all Jin Shin Jyutsu students attend at least one Self Help Class.  During this class you study the fundamental principles of Physio-Philosopy and how to apply the Art to yourself, family and friends.  Please refer to the the Practitioner page to identify self help instructors.
