We are pleased to welcome Jed Schwartz. Jin Shin Jyutsu Instructor, to teach the 5 day basic seminar. Jed is from the USA. He has been a physical therapist since since 1977, specialising in pediatric rehabilitation. He has been studying Jin Shin Jyutsu since 1981 and working exclusively with it since 1987. Jed currently teaches classes worldwide.

One-Day Self Help Workshop

Cost: $75 (a workbook is provided). Self help books are also available $30 for the set of 3 or $12 individually.
In this workshop you will be introduced to Self-Help Books 1 & 2 and discover simple and easy ways to learn self-help acupressure techniques for creating and maintaining your personal health. You will learn how to use your fingers and hands to energize the body, mind and spirit.
Jin Shin Jyutsu® is an art for harmonizing the life energies of the body to promote natural health, vitality and a sense of well-being. It is a gentle art, practiced by placing the fingertips (over clothing) on specific areas of the body, to harmonize and restore the energy flow.
These simple techniques can help reduce stress, anxiety, headaches, nausea, fatigue, neck and back pain, high blood pressure, and much more.
